Synchronicity...... Synchronicity is those moments when something lines up that your logic can’t quite explain… but feels perfectly timed. A message, a knowing. A song lyric that you hear at that moment. A number sequence such as 1111 that appears just when you need help or guidance. Hearing a word repeatedly. A chance meeting. Seeing a white feather in an unusual place. Seeing a butterfly. Seeing a dragonfly. A feeling that says pay attention, it's bringing a message to you.

Life can sometimes push us too far, forcing us to pause. For me, that moment came as a breakdown so severe it stopped me in my tracks. It was a time when my body and mind shut down completely. It was absolutely awful. Yet, through that struggle, I found a path to healing and spiritual awakening that has changed my life and also brought Reiki into my life.
